This project at Setapak Indah involves a comprehensive renovation for a double-storey terrace house. The goal was to transform an aging layout into a bright, functional living space suitable for a modern family.
 

Scope of Renovation Works:

• Living Hall: Custom TV console with hidden storage and marble-texture feature wall.

• Kitchen Extension: Separation of wet and dry kitchen with glass sliding doors and premium quartz stone countertops.

• Car Porch: Installation of new heavy-duty tiles, roofing upgrade, and modern autogate system.

• Bedroom: Full-height custom wardrobe with integrated study table for space optimization.

• Electrical: New lighting points and plaster ceiling installation.
   

Design Concept: Warm Minimalist We utilized a "Wood & White" palette to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The use of warm lighting (3000K) combined with natural wood textures gives the home a spacious yet cozy feel, perfect for relaxation after work.
